...Winter

… I feel a slowdown at the deepest level..everything is quiet, closed, frozen. Any effort to get going to the maximum is deservedly punished with even greater fatigue and drowsiness…I return to respect…I don’t push and I learn to sleep…to sleep and quietly respect the power of my inner energy right here and now…I choose yoga more calmly with respect for the body, which really rests and recharges in the winter…try child’s pose with the support of a bolster or pillow and just be…feel your heartbeat, breath and gradual relaxation…wonderful….  I like to pamper myself from the outside too...my helpers for home wellness from head to toe include a keratin hair wrap, almond oil for the face, a body cream with argan oil, which leaves the skin beautifully smooth, for a body massage I choose warm orange oil and, snuggled up with a book and a good coffee, I sign my ritual... I perceive walks in winter as an essential resource... that fresh, calm and frosty novelty... I observe how nature works its magic and doesn't ask... I still continue to harden myself, and when my pond freezes, I calmly swim on the snowy grass! What do you call it? Sun in the soul? And that's how it is! .. With gratitude for every moment.. Thank you Winter! Luna
