Meditation
"The Tibetan word for meditation (gom) means "acquaintance": it is an acquaintance with how the mind works, how it creates and shapes our perception of ourselves and the world around us, how the outer layers of the mind - the artificially constructed labels - function as clothing that marks social identity and covers the naked, unconstructed state of the original mind, over which the outer clothing has no effect...."
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche

As human beings, we are blessed with the rare opportunity to explore and understand the way our minds work. Thoughts are like waves in the ocean - sometimes the ocean waters are calm, everything is bathed in sunlight, other times they are so stormy that we feel like we are wandering...
Meditation is a method for achieving a calm and awakened state of mind. Through it, we can see beyond the veil and understand the impermanence, emptiness and illusory nature of all phenomena. Other beings, such as animals, do not have this ability, and therefore we should make use of our precious gift of human birth and not waste the chance for a happier life.
There are many forms and methods of meditation, they are often mistaken for some kind of relaxation. Modern times offer guaranteed accelerators, applications, crash courses, etc. thanks to which we will achieve absolute well-being and nothing will ever upset us again. Definitely do not believe them. Meditation is a complex and lengthy, but definitely an interesting and life-fulfilling journey.
If you want to take meditation seriously, I will be happy to guide you on the right path and provide you with valuable information in person or via email.
Every meditation must begin with the awakening of deep compassion. Whatever you do must come from an attitude of love and kindness towards others.
